As a partner at Zumpano Castro, Giselle focuses her practice on general corporate and transactional matters. Her corporate practice includes broad experience in the formation and structuring of corporate entities and limited liability companies, acquisitions, and the negotiation and preparation of company-related documents, including shareholders’ agreements and operating agreements.

She also represents clients in the negotiation and preparation of contracts, including employment-related agreements, and confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.

Giselle is known for establishing deep relationships with corporate clients, who have come to rely upon her quick response and practical approach to resolving their day-to-day corporate and commercial needs.
